@Nomzagain Exactly like it happened when I was criticizing Epic, people just assumed I disliked that it was inaccurate, when 99% of my criticism is because the writing fucking sucks Same with Miller's books now. I dislike inaccuracies (subjective) but that's not what I'm criticizing

As long as ppl don't mix-up fanon interpretation as canon, I don't see why people can't just do whatever they want to explore in fanfic or fanarts. Nice character in canon? Make them evil in fanfic. Who cares. That's quiet the whole point of fanfic/fanart. To explore "what-if"

genuine question about the odyssey as a film: what about the cyclops scene stood out to you positively (if any)? because i've seen people praise it for being horrifying, and i personally only thought of it as the typical giant monster in the shadows horror trope.
