I’m so glad I’m able to enjoy music from literally all genres. Like there isn’t a single genre I don’t listen to or wouldn’t try. Music is such a beautiful experience all around.

if you want to understand the OMAD diet, you have to know the relationship between food consumption and the role of insulin in your body…and how unused/stored energy gets converted to fat…anyways, eat your food, but OMAD works if you want to burn fat
