Renal failure , i don’t pass urine so all the fluid gets retained in my body. For me it shows in my belly and face . I can go from abs to flabs in a day or 2 . after dialysis vs before Dialysis with 3KGs of fluid

Had one shift recently where the mattress was full of blood, I couldn’t find where the blood is coming from, anxiety first came, then palpitations cos where the hell is an approximately 2 -3 liters of blood coming from in this man’s body? anywhere I clean, more blood covers it, terrible shift.
