i setup an obs script to auto record deadlock when it opens and stop recording when it closes (so I can record all my games) it also deletes any recordings under 20min. going to need some more disk space very soon. #deadlock

Loved the passion about Rust in this talk but cant help but pick out the part where he says: "Rust is a procedural map, so it means every time its different" as they use the following image as source image. When in reality since HDRP all maps look like what I call "The napolitan icecream map theory", which is what I show as example of comparisson on picture N#2 Same ratio of biomes, same monuments. Rust is my favourite survival in the world. It just doesn't feel like an exploration survival anymore

So let's get this straight for people who don't know the context - @NessieDoes ran into this streamer (Peach) on Arc Raiders who he betrayed after pretending to be friendly. Which is a huge part of the game and completely allowed, no matter how annoying it may be to some. - Peach then left a nasty comment on his steam profile - He went to her stream chat afterwards to say gg, she proceeded to rant about him and claim it's harassment. - They ran into eachother another day. As soon as she noticed who he was, she crashed out and wanted him banned not only from Arc, but Twitch and Sea Of Thieves as well. Even claiming that it's already in motion. She also went in other streamers chats to bad mouth him. - 2 deaths in a videogame have now caused her to go after Nessie on all fronts (harassment?!) - Nessie gets a 30 day ban from Arc Raiders after she complains enough. - Nessie makes a video about the whole situation to defend himself, which led to the temp ban getting lifted early. ("incorrectly applied In-Game Ban") - Peach copyright strikes the video to hide the fact that her smear campaign is founded on bullshit. - Nessie is forced to dox himself to appeal the strike - Peach uses the information from the copyright strike appeal to... file a police report on him? Everything she is accusing him of is exactly what she is doing. Who knows what other crazy shit she is planning to do with his information.

@peaachxo The "shitty behavior" in game is simply betraying someone after pretending to be friendly. That is part of the game. It is not against the rules. You took it out of the game first by leaving a wild comment on his steam profile. Keep being vague to manipulate your audience 👍

Every season for a year straight they have added new ways to farm curse balls and bonecallers… just make them not work at all in hourglass at this point. Even then adventure fights are a joke now. No guns, no cannons, just skeletons and black powder kegs 👍

One of the most frustrating performance areas is seeming desync/lag that causes things like “jump reg.” Basically, micro-stutters that eat inputs and make the game feel clunky/sticky. Any word on identifying fixes around this?

i think deleting team ui would be so beneficial to the game nerf big groups a tad and help solo's have a chance i remember playing rustopia main and stealing an airdrop from a 20 man because i just sat there jump checking when everyone else would jump re-skinning into the teams kit and being able to light up 3-4 of them because they had no idea was awesome aswell that was peak for me

@saketsharmaa @TheCineprism This exactly. People say “Dune 2 has more action!” but action without stakes that I care about isn’t exciting. I don’t care what happens to any of the characters because the writers haven’t made me care.

@TheCineprism One thing that LOTR has over Dune is that you are emotionally attached to LOTR characters, you wanted Frodo to complete the journey, you wanted Aragorn to fight and win, etc. Dune gets so muddy with the politcal nature of the series that you hardly care for its main characters.

@Noobface @TheVaultTecInc Fallout 4 is not a bad game,but it has a bunch of things much worse than Vegas,like the skills,the possibilities of finishing a quest,the story,some mechanics,the dialogs,and this is part is kind of nitpicking from my part but I don't like the HUD (outside of pip boy)
