Just got a call from a 23yo who has been experiencing post covid symptoms since Jan and wasn’t getting help. her symptoms - chest pain, breathlessness among others only worsened over last few days. I advised her to go meet a pulmonologist & turns out she had a Pulmonary embolism.

If I had a photo of Thailand to frame, it wouldn’t be a full scenery view. I would probably pick a view from the boat like today. It doesn’t matter which island you go to, the boats are all similar and for me they bring lots of great memories
