In keeping with my campaign promise, my Administration is announcing a plan to give working and middle class families breathing room as they prepare to resume federal student loan payments in January 2023. I'll have more details this afternoon.

This higher-ed bill in CA is now heading to @GavinNewsom's desk. AB288 would largely block CA colleges from reducing the institutional gift aid to a low-income student if that student got a private fin-aid gift. This is a nationally relevant issue. leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billText…
