I’ve written to all Norfolk MP’s today. Detailing the travesty of the decision not to award the pay review body 3.9%. Calling on them to support @PFEW_HQ campaign to secure a change to pay negotiation & binding arbitration for police pay & conditions. #CoppedEnough

So @ukhomeoffice decided to ignore the pay review body recommendation of a 3.9% pay award and instead awarded us 3.5%. Less than MP’s 5% and firefighters 3.8%. The pay review body system is broken & we need pay negotiation rights & binding arbitration. #CoppedEnough

@ShabanaMahmood can you please review your decision not to honour the police pay review body recommendation for a 3.9% pay award? We are a group of people that have ZERO industrial rights so having a fair pay award system is vital so that officers have confidence in it.

Funny MP’s haven’t ignored the pay recommendations from @ipsaUK who recommended MP’s are awarded 5% pay increase in April 2026. They say they can’t as it’s independent and binding. Guess what @ukhomeoffice that’s what we want a truly independent pay system & binding arbitration
