@Prathkum That is so true. If your basics are strong and have a solid experience, you are gonna climb the mountains with AI.

Tools like Claude Code put the top 1% engineers so far ahead that the rest 99% will never catch up.

Database tuning that took a human expert 12 hours now takes an agent under 15 minutes but only when it's bootstrapped from systems humans already tuned. Automation isn't replacing judgment. It's compressing it. Budget accordingly.

Token billing is a taxi meter you can't see from the back seat. Uber's fix: show every employee the meter on a dashboard and stop the ride at $1,500 a month. Most companies running AI tools today still have no meter at all. That's the real story.
