I’ve just finished my last STEPN session for the day 😴 Rest is on the agenda until tomorrow, when I have an interval training session: 2x3x0:15@3:25/km pace, within a 44-minute workout. It’s grueling, but the kind of struggle that improves VO2 max over time. ​This winter was tough and disrupted many of my sessions, but I’ll get back on track quickly. My first official race is on May 2nd, and it couldn't be more perfect since it’s happening right here in my hometown. ​Strangely enough, I only got a Level 6 Mystery Box—I was expecting at least a Level 7.
