As we prepare to gather with loved ones, please note that our offices will be closed November 27 & 28. As always, our lineman are on standby should an outage or emergency occur.

Attn: Customers in villages & towns served by Norris—If the part of your electric service that’s attached to your house is damaged, you are responsible for repairs. You’ll need to hire a licensed electrician to fix it before we can restore power. Refer to Graphic ⬇️

Our crews will be working into the night across all District counties affected by outages. Additional mutual aid has arrived helping us get power to you faster. However, we encourage anyone still without power to make necessary accommodations to be without service overnight,
