Our Year 8 Model United Nations Club met to discuss climate change at their meeting last Friday, each representing a different nation. Our expert IPCC Political Liaison, Mr Earp, took time out from his busy schedule to explain the situation to the UN members.

A huge congratulations to Emily and Caoimhe, who competed in the OPIDF Irish Dancing World Championships and had some great success! Both girls achieved incredible results, and are finding space for all their new trophies! 🙌🏆

In this morning’s assembly, students described their religious celebration of #Diwali to their peers & shared the celebrations that have been taking place by our students. Thank you to the students for hosting this assembly & sharing your traditions and stories with us! 🎉🎆✨

We’re incredibly proud of Angelie (Year 7) who was awarded a prestigious County Cricket honour! Angelie scooped the Steelback Award at the @NorthantsCCC Awards Evening for her determination & leadership this year as a Captain of the U11 Girls Team. Well done!

Last week, our Year 13 Geography A Level students went on their residential trip where they examined the carbon cycle, key aspects of environmental quality, and studied hydrology - which was quite apt given how much it rained! They also worked independently on their coursework.

As this is the time of year when many animals look for cosy places to hibernate over winter, during the last half term, Ecoclub has been preparing them with a luxury Bug Hotel, created by repurposing a range of materials.

Last Tuesday, our Junior school girls were lucky enough to have two of our local Police Support Community Officers visit our school. They spoke to the girls about general safety around Halloween and Fireworks, as well as discussing career opportunities in the police force.
