Collections come to us in all different shapes and sizes, a few weeks ago we received some film in these little wallets. We loved that there were so many different designs.

After several years without a conservator, in January we welcomed Liz Yamada to the team. Great to see documents receiving some much needed TLC. This important Northampton Workhouse plan had multiple problems: dirt, tears, old repairs, glue deposits and missing areas.

We hold some beautiful Ralph Treswell maps of the Hatton estate. This is of Holdenby which was built in 1583 by Sir Christopher Hatton (Lord Chancellor at the time of Elizabeth I). It has a number of connections to Royalty. Find out more: holdenby.com/house/history #RoyaltyOnRecord
