@northernassist trains and onboard staff today excellent (if overcrowded) but 3 gate staff including manager rude & obstructive when I was trying to go thru barrier. I have sunflower lanyard, they should know I might need more time, can you give me email of disability director?

Hi @northernassist the ticket machine display at Manors is playing up. The very top of bottom of the display is visible but nothing else.

Hello @northernassist there are gaps in the PA announcements at Kirk Sandall, pertaining to the train formation - saying 'train two carriages' instead of 'this train is formed of two carriages' @networkrail
