Hi @networkrail Whats the latest fault with the pedestrian gates at Elsenham Station? Padlocked off for the last week. Crossing guy said magnets ok but people leave gates open so they have padlock them?

@JParkinSport Hello Juliette, unfortunately there is a fault with the barriers. The team in the area is aware and working on resolving the issue, but at the moment we cannot confirm when that will be. The barriers will be kept in down position in the meantime. ^II

@networkrail why work through the night outside my house without informing us? Last week you sprayed very strong weed killer at the bottom of my garden. I only know because my neighbour told me not to enter the area. Tonight it’s night works with no notice. Unacceptable

@networkrail Hi there. It’s a long shot, but I parked my car at Harrow and Wealdstone station car park at 16:19 yesterday. I came back at approx 22:00 to find someone had driven into my car. Would the car park’s CCTV have picked this up by any chance?

Hello @NetworkRailEUS, we've just been involved in an incident on the Avanti West coast train due to get into London Euston 12:39. We've been verbally abused, harassed and filmed by a family that got on at Warrington over seats that were unreserved.
