@LloydsBank I’m trying to open a bank account for my wife.. they ask for proof of address. Everything I have is digital.. Tenancy Agreement, council tax, utility bills.. the branch won’t accept. What do I do?

@LloydsBank The most annoying thing.. we went in once, they said they need proof of address, I offered to email the tenancy. Explained it was digital. Was told I need to print it for them. What’s the difference? So, I print, go back, they say it’s not valid because it’s digital!!?

@LloydsBank We have only been in the country a week, and only had our apartment a week. Everything we have, including our tenancy agreement, was signed digitally - so the branch say they can accept it.
