Road construction gives us an opportunity to see what roads would look like if they were smaller. The construction on West Gray Street has me convinced that we could comfortably road diet it without causing much gridlock at all. And it is so much easier to cross on foot and Bike

Even Montrose Boulevard functions fine one lane each direction. There’s definitely some congestion during rush-hour, but I think it’s really questionable to design roads around that two hour window.


More surface parking is coming to downtown Houston


We are rarely at a loss for words but this "explanation" from Gafrick is garbage. No facts provided. This raised crosswalk has been in place for 2 years. None of the streets in this area are alternatives to Westheimer. Lying to Houstonians is disrespectful.
