I’ve been doing this for almost 3 years, made 6 figures, what you should know: - SMALL businesses will NOT pay you 2k to be their AI guy - you CAN extract 2-3k value with a bunch of automations - you want to be aiming for 3-10M/year businesses - you need clarity with business owner and clear ROI - they do not care about AI - some of their employees will be resistant to the change - do NOT AUTOMATE SALES - they just need more leads and speed to lead Ask me more questions. Gurus yapping on podcasts are delusional.

CHRIS CAMILLO JUST LAID OUT HOW TO MAKE $500,000 A YEAR AS AN "AI GUY" FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES His blueprint: 1. Walk into any HVAC, plumbing, or sprinkler business. 2. Ask where they're leaking money. 3. Build them an AI agent that answers after-hours calls, sends instant texts, and gets quotes out in real time. 4. Integrate it with their CRM for free. 5. Charge them $2K-$3K/month to be their "AI guy." Repeat across 10-20 businesses. "There are people right now doing this."

cheesecake and AI 3 things you should know: 1. AI can’t make it for you. But Claude can give you a recipe. Same at work, you have to use YOUR brain and judgment. 2. It’s tasty. Because cheesecake is made for us humans. So don’t use AI to make slop that humans will consume. 3. It’s Sunday and I made cheesecake for my friends because I’m still an Italian human and enjoy life. Not everything is about tokenmaxing and agentic word salads. Thanks for reading. How’s YOUR Sunday?

It’s not even funny. The goofy powerful strategy Anthropic is using: Scarcity. They keep screaming at you that the absolute best AI model in the world is gone in 1 week. Then in another week. Then in another week. Imagine if YOU kept telling your clients this, that your services are gone in 1 week. That they gotta maximise their usage. I honestly would love to see the revenue Anthropic is squeezing right now from their users. With this desperation. But it works. And I’m taking notes. Top marketing masterclass.

do you even need an AI agent so Mark Zuckerberg told staff the other day that AI agents haven't progressed the way he hoped. The subreddit r/AI_Agents is asking if they are all building agents nobody needs. I find these signals very useful because they confirm my suspicions. People keep building irrelevant stuff without asking the smart questions. How is this saving us time? How is this making the client experience better? I mean if you are a business owner, you don't need to constantly get AI shoved down your throat. Maybe you just need a guy to tell you that it is okay to keep this process manual. It is okay that your salespeople are passionate and on top of their game. That yes, there are potential automations that can help you but not that everything should be automated with these magical AI agents. We do something different: an AI readiness audit that sometimes says do NOTHING, or use a script, a yes/no automation, instead of an AI model.

What do cheesecakes and AI agents have in common: Nothing. It’s Sunday. It’s a beautiful day to make tasty desert for your friends and family. Ask Claude to give you a good recipe. It worked for me.

“If you’re not using AI you’re falling behind” NO ONE is falling behind, here’s why: After training more than 11.000 people around the globe in the last 3 years, I know it takes a focused WEEK to have a good understanding of LLMs. A more valuable edge is mapping processes and tasks. Sometimes you don’t even need AI in the mix, just deterministic automations. I’m kinda fed up with the empty fear narrative. Also: people are falling behind because they decide to not learn. It’s not just AI, it’s upskilling in general. If you ever trained a classroom you know what I’m talking about. So there’s no need to shove AI down people’s throats. Winners will keep learning.

“The Bulgarian national television is here” What happened yesterday, anti pessimism: So yesterday I was speaking on a panel at about the opportunities of living and working in… Bulgaria! because I'm a digital nomad and business owner. I have been traveling all over the globe for 3 years, and in the summer I enjoy spending time in the mountains in a little Bulgarian village called Bansko which is an absolute hidden gem. What I did NOT expect was that Bulgarian national television would do a surprise visit to know more about what we had to share. From my side, I run a global AI education company, I shared 2 things: 1. Education If you want to change a person's life for the better. When I used to be a dishwasher 10 years ago for $3 per hour, it sucked. I cannot sugarcoat it, and it sucked because I didn't have better skills to be valuable, so that was the rate that the market gave me. Only through education I managed to save my life and have my own company nowadays and take care of my family and help 11.000+ people around the globe put AI to work 2. Example because if you want to change pessimist people, you can't just tell them what to think or what to do. You should show them what you DID so they can see with their own eyes what's possible and they might gradually change their mind. Soon I will also be in Italy in September to support with AI upskiling. One of my big goals this year is to help 50 schools put together a curriculum on practical AI. More info in July. Thanks for being part of this journey and reading this!

Am I the only one who could never get behind the "tokenmax" hype? Every time I saw some CEO or founder going viral with their sky-high API bill my question was always the same: "so what did you build? and what's the ROI?"

Do not "tokenmaxx". Here's what smart operators do: 1. calculate how much value that specific task has. 2. enhance it or speed it up with AI. 3. once it works try that again with smaller models to see how much the quality is impacted. 4. then measure how many tokens it consumes and how scalable it is in regard to the AI API bill. Because no one is telling you this: you can use open source models like DeepSeek or Kimi K2.6 or minimax m3 to cut your costs by 500%. You don't have to give Anthropic all your money. We have better ways to do this.

during the AI office hour, client asked me a question I never get: "So how does AI actually work? I mean technically in the backend?" Most business owners I worked with simply don't care. They want AI to save time, cut costs, and make more money. I understand it's part of the business. But this man is head of innovation at his company and he was genuinely curious because lately it feels like this AI thing is a black box. People keep saying it has conscience, that it has feelings, but of course it's not true. so I actually put together all my top resources from the last 5 years of me doing this and I put them into a Google NotebookLM and gave it to him. But while I was playing with this today I just realized… if you actually mastered what's in the system, you would literally be in the top 1% of AI experts. So I decided to share it for free. Try it out and have fun. Let me know your questions! It contains a podcast, infographics, mindmaps, a slide deck and you can just talk to it. Link to test it in the comments.
