Shipping a SaaS is hard. Marketing it is a different kind of hard. Coding has a feedback loop. Marketing doesn't. Or at least, not one my ADHD brain can stay on long enough to matter. So I'm doing what I actually know how to do: I'm building a tool. Feed it a URL. It figures out the positioning, the channels, the keywords. Drafts the content. Queues it for my review. I approve or reject — like reviewing a PR — and it ships. Not a spam machine. An approval inbox. Documenting the build as I go. First update soon. #buildinpublic

So, after discovering how incredibly difficult I find the marketing process after developing a product, I've decided to try to solve this programmatically. Not as a product, but tool for myself. Anyone else have any experience with this? tips? Do's and don'ts?

Accepting crypto payments isn’t the hard part. Accounting for them incorrectly is. I wrote about how crypto invoicing actually works in practice — and why fiat still matters more than most people think. medium.com/p/crypto-invoi…

Accepting crypto is easy. Accounting for it isn’t. This short demo shows how OnchainInvoice lets you invoice in fiat, get paid in crypto, and automatically capture the correct fiat value at payment time with tamper evident, accountant ready receipts.

OK, real-talk time. I have categorically avoided most social media for years. Not to make a statement or for any moral reasons—it just never appealed to me. Then I built this product. A good product, in my honest opinion. Suddenly, I need to take an active interest in what everyone else is up to, because I want people to take an interest in what I am up to. While I’ll say it’s growing on me, it really started out of fear. Fear of failure. Fear that my efforts will go unnoticed and unrewarded. “Become an entrepreneur,” they said. “Be your own boss,” they said. “It’ll be fun,” they said. The really fucked-up part is that some part of me actually finds it inconceivable that no one at all will take an interest in what I’ve created. Considering the number of people online, my brain just won’t accept that the product can completely fail. Logically, it’s just a matter of giving it enough time and exposure, right? It’s impossible that nobody will want to pay for what I’ve created… right? And yet, there it is—the fear of that impossibility becoming possible. And so, here I am, posting away to my four followers, defying my Dashboard full of zeroes to give me pause. My point is this: entrepreneurs—the ones who stuck with it, who pushed through, who made it—I salute you all.

@dipalitwt Yeah, that used to be called a failure of due diligence. Now, it's called part of the process.

@mdnlabs For me, Supabase. That is purely based on my lack of experience with Mongo though.

I got the first signup on my site. Not a paying user, but somehow, this still feels monumental.

had the craziest idea might be worth $20k/month woke up. didn’t know what to make for breakfast. asked chatgpt with what i had. so i built SnaptoSnack take a photo of your fridge get meal ideas in 2 seconds using only what you already have built with @rork one prompt. 10 minutes. should i go deeper? feels insanely easy to sell to food creators 👀 (hottest niche out there)
