Noss Saga

Apologies for not keeping this page updated. I started it at a VERY bad time for this site, and it feels that fragmenting accounts even further is not a great move. I'll keep it for now in case things change, but I'll focus updates on @joabaldwin (and on bsky and other sites).

@SchroDingerzat Thanks! There are other denominations too for higher values, just vanity currency, but I haven't illustrated those yet.

Qupi is the main currency in Noss. Nine Qupi chips of the proper denominations can be assembled into a Quggon, valued at exactly 100 Qupis.

The six seasons of Noss correspond to the six seasons of the moon, Sceres, which has a 36 day cycle. During two of these days, the Ilaadrid Shard shines bright as a beacon from her colorful face.

@SOJITZL I’m hoping to make them into real products some day. I’m not sure if making them magnetic and polarized the right way will be doable with those colors and details, but non-magnetic should be doable.

@vyktorkun They are tiny! Smaller than most coins, even if thicker. Overall they'd take about the same amount of space (or less, if carefully puzzled together).

@NossSaga as cool as they seem, they also seem very, very bulky and inconvenient to carry around

New map of Noss, showing political boundaries in a more simplified view that does not need to be printed wall-sized in order to be read. The illustrated map was updated with better labels and a delicate border.
