A Pirate’s Journal – Entry 2: Climbing the Ranks 8 spots to climb and I just hit number 9 overall with 226.9 Gold. Smooth sailing today—things are finally moving. Snagged two more collectibles; now at 5 out of 6. One left for the full set, then the real grind kicks in. Parrot game was at number 13, but I smashed a new high score of 265 while recording. That bumped me to number 12. Still got beef with those seagulls, though. Chaos agents, man. Whoever coded them knew exactly how to mess with us @NotAMai_ 👀 Dev also mentioned regular parrot giveaways coming. In S2 he dropped $1.5k in treasure across parrot events, treasure hunts, talent shows, and more. Target locked: Top 5 on the parrot board by Wednesday. Doable if I stay consistent. Hey Base Fam🟦 I’m starting a new series this month called “A Pirate’s Journal” – tracking my Golden Pirate Base journey for fun and personal entertainment/education. I’ll share raw updates on the daily grind, rankings, parrot clips, wins, fails, and more. No hype, just honest notes from the ship. Here’s the first entry: Captain’s Log: May 1st, 2026 – First Voyage Report Currently at #12 with 158.2 Gold. Still grinding up and enjoying it. The daily loop feels smooth now – grabbing silver, opening chests, and letting the crab, whale, and skeleton do their thing. The parrot mini-game is the highlight, though also the biggest pain. My best score is 240, while the top is 432. My sausage fingers aren’t helping with clicking speed 😂 I’ve recorded daily attempts and will drop raw clips here. First one attached – the good, the bad, and the “how did I miss that” moments 🦜. Consistency is pushing my rank up, even if days vary. Extra contests and activities are cool too. Quick notes: - Free daily tasks give more silver, meaning more chests and gold/collectibles. - This is purely a game. Play for entertainment only.
