Steel Ball Run's 3DCG is handled by "exsa". They are a 3DCG/VFX/Motion Capture Studio currently employing over 180 people across 5 different locations in Japan. They work in various industries like Music, Games, Ani,e Movie, etc...

Seems to be a role for designing the Palette Swaps
