Meltzer is tying Viscera to this to discredit Mark Henry, but by 2006 Henry was indisputably better than Shawn Michaels. Nobody was saying this about Viscera at the time (even tho it wouldn't have been difficult to argue) but 2006 was the year it became impossible to deny Henry.

But I definitely remember Rock was terrible, Angle was bad except I liked him because he was a gold medalist and that Mark Henry and Viscera (and 100 indie guys) were better than Shawn Michaels.

Demolition - the Bill Eadie version - was a TREMENDOUS team. People should take the time & watch them against a wide variety of opponents & focus on what they're doing.

It's tough to judge Demolition as a team on conventional terms. While they have a few great matches and many good ones, their real strength was making babyface opponents work for every inch, knowing just how much to give, and varying how they wrestled against different heel acts.
