@sandbinka I also think you have to get comfortable with not every social interaction turning into a long term friendship. Sometimes you just get a brief peek into someone’s life; thank them for the conversation and never see them again.

@sandbinka I been in therapy for 6 years trying to solve this and unfortunately everyone who says “go outside and talk to people” are correct I started going to public library events, museum classes, and book store events. I do also have to take a shit ton of anti anxiety meds to do it tho
