Today, we remember George Floyd, who was murdered by a former Minneapolis police officer six years ago. That moment changed our city forever.

@TommyFaceOnFire I have found the problem.

I'm hammering on foreigners today because I'm flying. It makes me kinda self reflective because my whole life up to this point I was taught "don't be the ugly American". We were always told Americans are abrasive, loud, obnoxious in foreign countries, and no one liked us. Never contribute to the stereotype. But I think back, and the only people telling me that were other Americans. Sure, I saw some ugly Americans, but we always tried to fix our countrymen as it happened. We were self aware. Now I compare how self aware & considerate we tried to be compared to now. Non-natives pushing to the front t of TSA-pre just to find out they aren't enrolled. Cutting in line at the baggage counter pretending they didn't see a line. Going to the check in desk without even the rudimentary documents needed, having loud conversations in gibberish as they dig for the right documents. On& on, and it doesn't seem like they are self aware enough to get out of line to fix themselves. Our own kindness is used against us. I'm tired of it. Citizenship tests should based on SF selection. Assessor: "your next event is to fly from Austin to Denver" Candidate: "where do I check in?" A: "Do the best you can" C: "what are my time limits?" A: "do the best you can" C: "what line do I go to?" A: "Do the best you can" All while the assessor scribbles notes without any encouragement or correction

A Brazilian and an Outee 🤔

So just learned that I’m going to be in the hospital for yet another night. My X-Rays are showing improvement but there’s still too much output from my tube so no freedom for Tommy today. Go enjoy a little extra for me and make some time to stop and honor those who made it possible.
