@SportsGuyJeremy I think what most don't realize is that the city owns the Rose Garden. Any improvements should be paid for by the city. It's like if you rent out a home, you are responsible to any improvements to keep your tenant happy.

I feel that any assessment of a potential Trail Blazers relocation has to come with this disclosure. Jody Allen definitely shares some blame, but the bulk of the responsibility ALWAYS lies with the purchasing party.
