If he’s unable to find a new job it’s probably because his resume consists of scrolling Twitter and blocking people for the last 5 years. Nothing about this post had anything to do with feedback. I have a personal dislike for DMGs character and find it funny how he turned a good high end job into a twitter scrolling session and is now losing said job. It’s not like he got laid off with no notice. He’s got plenty of time to go start searching for a new job and I wish him the best of luck. Like I said though I doubt there are many companies looking for a full time Twitter scroller and corny tweet writer but I could be wrong.

I think you need to look up the difference between negative feedback and memeing on people at their expense. Please do me a favor Mona and politely point out where in his post he gave critical feedback or levied a complaint. Because it just looks like making fun of someone who likely will be losing their stability and income.

Imagine paying to be verified just to be a dickwad to other people. Be a decent human being for once.

I’m talking about information that wasn’t in the TWID. A lot of times the twid would have nothing in it and DMG would just tweet out important stuff on his personal account. I don’t give two fucks about the silence. The game has been on the decline the last few years and this outcome was inevitable, has nothing to do with DMG. I’m making fun of a soon to be unemployed man child, who someone turned a good job into a full time Twitter scrolling session.

I was blocked by both DMG and Destiny the game for this tweet. It was obviously a joke and even if it wasn’t my feedback of the TOS was valid and could’ve easily just been disregarded if they didn’t think it was. Dmg turned into the main source of information and updates and him blocking people in that position just seems super unprofessional imo. This is just my own personal example btw. I’ve seen countless others on my TL over the years.

I have no hatred towards him lol , I find it funny how someone with a prestigious job managed to turn it into 8 hours of scrolling on twitter and blocking people, and is now losing said job. If I did a bad job at my work and ended up losing my job id fully expect the people affected by my incompetence to be laughing.

That SHOULD have been his only job yes. Unfortunately bungie turned him into the outlet for every form of news. There were so many instances where the only way to get information some weeks was through dmgs personal account on Twitter (which he routinely blocked people on for leaving valid feedback on the game). Just not a good system from a company this large imo.

My disdain for DMG started years prior to any of this news. Obviously he has 0 control over this situation. From his return in 2024 he spent a majority of his day on Twitter blocking and banning people ( in game ) who were mean to him or left feedback he didn’t like. It was truly the most childish shit I’ve ever seen from a company this large. I am a 60 follower account blocked by a 2 million follower account because I pointed out how their TOS was vague and loosely enforced. To the people blaming him for d2 being canceled and the lack of communication we’ve received the last few months I think that’s ridiculous. This overweight man child turned his entire position into a full time twitter scroller and obviously had 0 say in anything going on. I can only hope my post helps him in his job search and an employer can see how valuable of an asset he can be. I bet there are loads of billion dollar companies who would love to pay someone to respond to mean tweets on their company account #opentowork

This is low hanging fruit, weak man energy. Going after CM's who literally don't have any control over this situation. It would be similar to someone yelling at their server when the chef overcooked their steak. I hope the Destiny community is still good enough to never rally behind this kind of rhetoric.

Destiny confession: when my stream starting gaining traction I went on a two month “trials bulk” where I stopped going to the gym, ate Panda Express and pizza, and played trials 40 hours a weekend. I gained 30 pounds from this method 😭
