AEW is suing Ring Productions LLC, the production company behind Queen of the Ring, alleging that more than $105,000 in sponsorship fees for promoting the film are long overdue. Ring Productions agreed to pay AEW approximately $350,000 in a January 2025 sponsorship deal. The company paid $250,000 by May 23 2025, but allegedly missed a February 28 payment deadline and still owes $100,000, plus over $5,000 in contractual talent travel expenses. But he’s genuinely gotten a lot better in the last year and he’s been off Dynamite long enough that he could come back and be something with the right care.

I think there’s a hidden benefit in booking giants: you shouldn’t have them appear weekly/their appearances should be saved for impactful moments.
The one thing AEW has failed to do is create their version of Vader, Hansen, Yokozuna, etc
