Comfort, confidence and consistency are such tricky things. When you don’t have them, you can look really bad.
Chemistry helps you acquire the 3 C’s.

@NotTheExperts @evanphillips45 Were they shorthanded when they choked like a dog in the Final Four last year? Scheyer might wind up being great but he’s definitely not yet, and there are way, way more awful internal hires than there are great ones. I still refuse to think you actually believe this take.

@evanphillips45 @NotTheExperts The overwhelming majority of internal hires are not successful and schools are foolish for narrowing their options to only include guys who played there. Hire the best college coach available, regardless of where they attended 15-30 years prior.
