The dems fought hard to protect one illegal alien, even travelled to see him in custody and shared a cocktail. What makes one think these same people aren’t contacting the IRGC to undermine the President?

Anything faster or more sweeping (mass expulsion, dissolution) would be unconstitutional. This high bar protects against impulsive or authoritarian resets while allowing periodic renewal through the ballot box. Why Restructuring (e.g., Abolishing or Mass-Replacing) Requires Amendments : Any change to terms, structure, size, or existence of Congress/Senate (beyond what’s already in the Constitution) needs a constitutional amendment via Article V (2/3 of both houses + 3/4 of states, or convention route). Historical proposals to abolish or weaken the Senate, for example, went nowhere without this.
