The Major Richard Star Act (H.R. 2102) is bipartisan legislation that seeks to end the offset reducing military retirement pay for veterans injured in combat that were medically retired before hitting the 20 years of service mark, allowing them to receive concurrent full retirement and VA disability pay.
It affects over 50,000 veterans and is a must pass.
