@agailpatty You’re very lean/tone but don’t have abs abs you’d have to build the muscle a bit or if you want them more visible abdominal workouts would help make them seem more muscular and visible :) cuz technically everyone has abs but they tend not to have the leanest to show it.

i hate admitting it but i am proud of my weight loss. I have gon down around 7 bmi points/18kg in 10 months despite not having money to go to a gym,being on antipsychotics which make me gain weight,having a low bmr because of me being super short (154,5cm). Im motivated asf
