Bron was old but he still masked a lot of holes on this roster next to Luka. When hes gone, Pelinka’s shitty roster building will be on full display as he’ll actually be tasked with building good team around Luka and his flaws

Nick Wright on the Lakers: “I think the Lakers blew it. I think when Luka’s Lakers tenure is over, there is a greater than 50% chance that the best teammate he ever had was age 40/41 LeBron James…. Maybe he stays in L.A. I hope he doesn’t. I don’t think that team has been well run but also because I want to see the version of LeBron we got to see in the playoffs. 3rd option swift army knife LeBron, he’s too good for that role” (Via @dpshow)

@levert_szn @RawdonTravis33 They didn’t trade for him. They signed him because he was a free agent. Getting Clax would require giving up assets which is why the nets cant move him. Hes not worth trading for or he’d be traded
English

@Not___KC @RawdonTravis33 yeah they fucked up and traded for ayton, now they’ll correct the mistake. you also act like claxtons contract is some cancerous contract.
English

@levert_szn @RawdonTravis33 Claxton to Lakers hope for like the 4th year in a row. Cool
English

@Not___KC @RawdonTravis33 the lakers trade for deandre ayton instead of claxton. how’s that working for them? they’ll be one of the first teams calling for claxton if they can offload ayton
English

@levert_szn @RawdonTravis33 No they arent. The only nets pieces with trade value are MPJ and Sharpe. Clax has been shopped for years, no one wants him. Mann probably has neutral value. Nets have very few players with trade value
English

@RawdonTravis33 @Not___KC yes. all 3 of those salaries are going to be desired because they are all good pieces for a team. the draft picks the nets have and even some of the draft picks from 2025 will be on the table as well. Teams in the league value the nets players despite the fanbases opinion
English

@ItBegins2012 @wwwaterboy11 He wanted to get a young piece back to sell to the fanbase. Morey completely fleeced him and sold him damaged goods
English

@Not___KC @wwwaterboy11 Of course. But even in hindsight taking Tobias Harris and adding him to kd and Kyrie would have been a lot better and still kept the nets as a contender. Taking Ben Simmons with zero knowledge of his mental or injuries killed this team.
English

@ItBegins2012 @wwwaterboy11 With Harden he should have gambled on him walking in free agency. Philly wouldnt have been able to sign him outright and if I remember correctly, orlando, detroit and okc were the only teams with cap space for him. Settling for seth curry was gross
English

@Not___KC @wwwaterboy11 The problem with all of Sean’s trades is that in trading a star away teams can usually get some young stud with possibly star potential back and Sean never got those in any of his big trades. It’s always the vets curry,Drummond, Finney smith, Bojan, cam Johnson and picks.
English

@wwwaterboy11 @ItBegins2012 KD haul was great to be fair. Kyrie and Harden were disasters but Kyrie had toxic value. Harden, he got fleeced
English

@ItBegins2012 @Not___KC pretty sad that the national media unanimously said that each of Sean’s picks last year was a reach. But Sean will be Sean. Only previous good picks were Allen and clax. But nothing special just role players. Gets fleeced in 50% of trades. Handled kyrie/harden/KD like a clown
English

@ItBegins2012 @wwwaterboy11 Yea I also said that since we fell to 6, he has even more job security because now theres no expectations. Landing top 4 means you got your face of the franchise and need to put together a winning product. 6th means another role player and more “future assets” propaganda
English

@Not___KC @wwwaterboy11 Then with the cap space Sean will take on another bad contract vet that nobody wants into the cap space for assets like he always does. And people will call him a genius for doing so.
They will add a starter caliber decent player alongside 6 pick & MPJ and claim it was success.
English

@ItBegins2012 @wwwaterboy11 The fact that we are going to use 6 firsts in 2 years and maybe 2 of them, depending on who they draft this year, will be hits is honestly a fireable offense and im not even a heavy “fire marks” guy. Wasting that much 1st rd capital is insane
English

@wwwaterboy11 @Not___KC Well according to Sean marks fan boys he’s an amazing drafter, how? Idk his best draft selections have been career role players but that somehow makes you an amazing drafter.
English

He looks like that iced out meme lol

Dillon Brooks courtside watching the Lakers
English

@Mikeyjordan45 Is tiny. I will do more watching on all of them. Acuff has by far the highest ceiling offensively but it still goes back to my point about how well can he hold up defensively and will the offense he good enough to cancel it out but I will watch more
English

@Not___KC There's at least diversity with them though. Kingston impacts the possession game unlike those guys. Acuff plays off ball too and has insane turnover aversion (like Brunson). Wagler and Mikel are jumbos.
English

@Mikeyjordan45 I gotta do more watches on all of them. I watched some of Wagler today and his offensive game is very smooth. Think he has secondary creator value but his lack of athleticism and wingspan are red flags. Flemings is just way too small for my liking. 6’2 with a 6’3 wingspan
English

@will_nba_hater Havent watched much of Swain but i will now that you’ve mentioned. Negative with Yaxel is age but he just screams AG/OG clone. Probably less offensively skilled than AG but OG was a mediocre offensive player early in his career so hope for development under Jordi wingflation
