It was because he realized was becoming the killer that killed his parents. Saying Martha was a trigger to his trauma. Also because flash warned him Louis was the key and she came in to save him so he thought he solved the key. But in reality, that might have stopped him from killing superman because he was still debating to kill him with the kryptonite when she said it was his mothers name. If he killed superman, they wont be able to take on Darkseid together. This will probably be better explained in a sequel when you see flash messing with time

Colts currently need to use a veteran at his position at the moment and thats why they got nick westbrook. Remember that reggie is good at training WR. However WR with the first pick should not be priority but more in later rounds. Defensive End and DT are what win super bowls then a complementary linebacker. Getting to the QB is priority especially since the CBs are set. If they can get to the qb successfully, imagine how hard it will be to get to the receivers with sauce, britt and kenny.
