@anaesthetic_spr @pash22 This is a pre-Copernicus view of the care “solar system.” The patient is the sun and team revolves around that person. The patient is the central member of their multidisciplinary team. #patientcenteredcare

The multidisciplinary team approach is being abused by physios, PAs, ACPs, and other AHPs. You can always provide your input, but doctors are the only professionals in charge of overall patient care. This is the real MDT approach. Change my mind.

The math puzzle (9=90, 8=72, 7=56, 6=42, 3=?) has two possible answers. One pattern suggests each number n is multiplied by n+1: so, 3×4=12. This is mathematically consistent. Alternatively, the multiplier could decrease by 1 each line (10, 9, 8, 7, 6), giving 3×6=18 for the fifth line. The jump from 6 to 3 creates ambiguity. While both answers are plausible, 12 aligns better with standard math puzzle logic based on n’s value, whereas 18 relies on line order. The intended answer is likely 12, but 18 is also widely supported.

@marklewismd I think very highly of you @marklewismd and I know ppl read your texts without its context. Thanks for adding. I’ve lost too many due to the loose language of “cured”

They say breaking up is hard to do but there’s no smile quite like that of a patient cured of cancer who doesn’t need their oncologist any more
