If you have auto label set up in Notion Mail, you won’t have to rebuild it. Create a Custom Agent in a few clicks and we’ll bring your existing rules over for you. Here’s what to expect: Emails in your inbox stay in Gmail. Drafts and scheduled emails won’t automatically carry over, so please export them by September 21 if you want to keep them. You can also save your Notion Mail setup. You can export your snippets and auto label instructions to use elsewhere.

Do not use @NotionMail , They don't provide any support. It's been 40+ days, and they're still unwilling to answer questions or fix serious bugs.. @NotionHQ

Custom Agents can now use Mail and Calendar. That means: → Inbox sorted before you open it → Meetings booked without the back-and-forth → Context prepped before you walk into a meeting We've been testing a few of these agents internally…

@brian_lovin @NotionHQ @OpenAI and surprise, currently custom agents don’t even read mail attachment .. All that is unsustainable, maybe it’s good enterprise level, or big companies, or even rich people but not for mostly of us.

Can run in the background on a schedule or trigger from any kind of external event. (I have a custom agent that I text my reminders/todos via iMessage). thank you for this - I tried to emulate the mail triage but Notion tells me : I understand you have Notion Mail, but unfortunately Notion Mail is not available as an integration type for custom agents. The search indicates that Notion Mail is connected to your Gmail for search purposes, but the system documentation shows that agents can only use these integration types: Notion (built-in) Slack

I shot this video last week to onboard a new set of alpha customers to @NotionHQ Custom Agents. Figured I should just put it out here so you can follow along the latest and greatest. It's so cool to see all the things people are building with it.
