What do you do in your 9-5? I lead the development of a demand forecasting platform at a start up. Just onboarded our first paying customer on a new module last week. That also explains why I have been quiet here lately

One of the areas where I try to develop as a manager is to be better at delegating tasks. Trusting your team members helps them develop, and also free up time to focus on high-priority tasks 🤝

It's crazy to think of how this all started From October 2022 - April 2023 I had 4 followers I took it seriously after spring semester of college was over I couldn't find a more recent screenshot
