Review finances monthly, reduce monthly costs, DO NOT get caught in finance deals as they eat your monthly income. For example - Investing your £102.40 child benefit you receive, would mean your child at 18 would have just shy of £50,000 (utilise JISA for tax free) However this would only ‘feel possible’ if your monthly outgoings are managed well.

The best advice I can give to any new investors: Automate. Make it so easy that the plan can’t fail. When you get paid from work, immediately move 10% into your savings/ investment. Job done.
