This week, our members secured real wins: ✅ Outwood Grange Trust – School day extension & workload challenge ✅ Charter Trust – Improvements to maternity rights & pay progression What does lighting fires mean? 🔥 It means Overseas Trained Teachers at Harris get paid fairly—without waiting. 🔥 It means women at Dunraven Trust get a better deal after having a baby. What does it mean to be NEU? 💪 It means half a million more children have a hot lunch thanks to #NoChildLeftBehind. 💪 It means forcing the government to put £615 million into schools they didn't want to. There is so much more to do. But we are determined. We are NEU.
