They said they would try to understand me. During the interview i answered many questions but of course I struggled with some communication because English is not my first language and I was nervous Just a few hours later, both of my funded accounts were breached and my payouts denied over “rule optimization/gamification” claims. I truly feel this decision was unfair and rushed. I didn’t break the daily drawdown, I didn’t do news trading, and I’ve always managed my risk carefully. Yet suddenly I was told that my account had a breach. What surprised me the most is that the email showed my equity at $4,989, while the daily loss limit was $4,993.77 — such a very small difference. I feel there may be an issue or a lack of transparency in how everything was calculated. As a trader, I believe in fairness and clear explanations. If I made a mistake, I’ll accept it. But if not, then I need my account to be reviewed because I don’t feel I was given enough clarity.
