Last Friday, my mother developed severe pain and blurred vision. As the first son, I drove to Ntungamo and brought her to Doctors' Plaza Nsambya, where she was diagnosed with Acute Leukaemia. Hoping for a different outcome, I flew her to South Africa for further tests, continued.
