i’m learning that i can actually eat whatever i want as long as there is balance. i’m not restricting, im finally eating 2-3 meals a day + snacks whenever im hungry. i will be happier, my relationships with people i love will be better, my son WILL have a better mother.

coming to update on my recovery! i’ve had a LOT of fear foods, it’s actually been very freeing. i haven’t been weighing daily but seem to be maintaining which is good. work help with all of this tremendously since there’s been balance between eating and burning cals. -
