The fact that “I’m not retarded” as a response to being called a Democrat survived every stage of production on a major television show tells you everything about where we’re at culturally.
We have normalized the word so much that major networks aren’t afraid to use it in their shows anymore, and it’s even being used to describe Democrats.

@Genki_JPN Prime 1 is amazing. Prime 4 decided to add cringe marvel quip npcs, for some unknown reason. That said, Dread was decent (it's not Super Metroid, but thats a high bar anyway), Nintendo should just make another 2D Metroid if they want to deviate from the Prime 1 formula.

@NovertDaGoat @Sunne_Three it’s not only that botw did the exploration first - it’s that totk trivialized exploration by giving you 10 mechanics to zip across the map in little time. climbing a mountain is fun because it’s challenging, not bc you can creative-mode to the top. rockets, airbikes, towers, etc
