@OfficialPCMR last nite i refurbed a PS4 for a friend - thermal paste was dust (and APU clamp was not on right), thermal pads for ram were half on), and the cooling fan and heat sink vanes were gunked up with a black tar (last owner used a weed vape, and it collected plenty of lint).

When's the last time you changed thermal paste, you lazy ass? This is your yearly reminder to consider changing the thermal paste of that CPU or GPU that's been working tirelessly for years and years (or weeks if it's a laptop) if the temps are not up to par anymore.

@OfficialPCMR I mean, if your thermal paste goes bad just replace the CPU, it's about time right it's been a year. Quit being cheap just replace your CPUs! If you don't shell out at least $1,000 a year on CPUs you're doing it wrong

@OfficialPCMR I refuse to change thermal paste on GPU. Cause I will need to change pads too. I don't even know proper dimensions. Changing paste on cpu is easier and since I purchased tubes of GD900... I will not feel sorry for using too much.

Are you Romanian in Romania and do you feel safe? Polish in Poland? What about the Republic of Moldova? Or a citizen of any country from the free world? This security may be fleeting. Let me elaborate: 1. Romania: The war in Ukraine seems to be heading toward a spillover of Ukraine's internal borders. The Shahed drone bombing of the port of Reni, which destroyed several grain ships, points directly to this. The port of Reni is across the road from Galati. It is 400 meters from the Romanian border. It is 400 meters from the NATO border. Ukraine needs air defense systems. As many as possible, as soon as possible. At the same time, it needs ATACMS, to strike deep into Russian military targets on illegally occupied territory in Ukraine, if we want this war to end as soon as possible. I sincerely hope that Romania, a member of this alliance, will put diplomatic pressure on the United States of America, Ukraine's biggest ally, to deliver air defense systems. The attack in Reni could always have caused casualties in Romania. Why do I say this? Well, you've seen how well the Russians aim in general. We got lucky, Ukraine didn't. It is against what I sincerely and firmly believe: Ukraine is only Russia's FIRST victim if we, the common West, do not shield around Ukraine: and not words, but serious actions, not by delivering enough weapons to delay war, but by delivering enough weapons to drive the Russians out of their country. Ukraine is our shield, like it or not. Mine, yours, the freedoms that we have and that extremely many of our citizens do not appreciate. 2. Poland: From Maxar satellite imagery, the number of Wagner's military equipment in Belarus has increased considerably in recent days. Also, a few days ago Putin made a stunning statement: (I paraphrase) "Poland owes Russia the territories Stalin gave it. Russia may want them back. Russia announced that PMC Wagner is not officially recognized by Russia. Does the term "little green men" in Crimea sound familiar? Russia has never really been punished for the illegal annexation of Crimea in 2014, because they managed to distort the truth, even though 6 months after Minsk 1 (if I remember correctly) Vladimir Putin himself explained in an interview, publicly, that yes, "Russia was the one who invaded Ukraine in Donbas, and the little green men were Russians". Poland crushes Wagner in a few days, but it would still end in loss of life. To recap: PMC Wagner does not "officially" exist in Russia. PMC Wagner is regrouping in Belarus, and its capabilities are enhanced. Poland borders Belarus. Putin says "Poland owes territory to Russia". Do you see little green men in Poland? No. Not yet. This is where Viorica Tataru, Andrei Captarenc,o and many other journalists, civil society people,e and sane politicians can write whole books and tell for days just about their experiences in the last year and a half. Russia is still trying todestabilizee the Republic of Moldova, a country destroyed by Soviet relics for decades after the collapse of the USSR and which is only now beginning to seriously set out on a path of stability that will bring prosperity to its people—our brothers. ---- If we connect all these dots, if we corroborate them, bearing in mind that death threats on influencers, journalists reporting on Russian war crimes in Poland,the Czech Republi,c and Hungary are also on the rise. In the Republic of Moldova, it happens daily. If we add up 1+1, the attack in Reni also affects Romania's economy, because we are thinking of those who work on Romanian ships that transit the Danube from Galati to the Black Sea and back. If we add the danger of "Wagner's men", we see that this war started by Russia in 2014, continued with the invasion on 24 February, affects us al? Can we understand that? At a societal level, I mean. If we can understand that. We, the common people and start to put pressure on our governments (in Romania specifically the Romanian one) and help Ukraine who defend us with the blood of their military and civilians (Reni is a CIVILIAN port, consider this), we have a chance to keep our values, freedoms, security.
