I have been in all day but @dhlexpressuk say I am not and my parcel cannot be delivered. When I try to call they want to charge 8p a minute!!! Why can customers not contact you so poor service without being charged?

@Translink_NI I was at Belfast International Airport. A bus came about 5-10 mins later but 2 should have arrived meantime. Then arrived at Central Station to find I had to walk with luggage to Dublin Road. If people are to use public transport, they need to be able to rely on it.
