@Bondisrael_ @SagiFridman אני חושב שמדובר במכירות של אנשים שקיבלו הקצאות חלקיות בלבד. על 1.3 מיליארד דולר הזמנות חילקו 300 מיליון דולר. חוץ מהעוגנים - ניתן לשער שהיו שם הקצאות נמוכות - נניח 150 מיליון דולר הקצאה על מיליארד דולר הזמנות. התוצאה - 15% הקצאה. התוצאה - לא שווה להחזיק בנייר עבורם והם מוכרים.

קחו תיאוריה קצת קיצונית - מוזמנים לתקוף את התזה. למה לקחת מניה שנרכשה בהנפקה בשער 250 ולמכור בשער 240 תוך שמפסידים כסף ביום הראשון? המטרה פשוטה - להפסיד כסף קטן באיתקה ולהרוויח כסף גדול בדלק. מוגזם או לא? יאללה, תנו הסבר למה למכור בהפסד ככה..

The bookrunners said there was great interested in those shares, which we saw was untrue right after the IPO, I'm trying to figure out what went wrong here.
