People that wanted to rewrite Jokic's legacy are going to do so because they've had to suck it up and take it for three years. They will not be convinced otherwise. You're better off just rolling your eyes and keep it moving.
He's accomplished REAL things. He's been incredible. He sucked in this series from start to finish outside of Game 5. You play who's in front of you. He bears burden for the failure of this year's team more than his defenders will want to believe and less than his haters will.
You're never going to stop people from trying to tear down someone who has accomplished what he has if they still want to. If he hasn't earned their respect yet, they will never give it to him because it's too detrimental to their base sports opinions.

ALORS. OUI, Jokic fait une mauvaise série contre Minnesota cette année et a une grosse part de responsabilité dans l'échec.
Par contre, vu que ça réécrit la carrière de Jokic en Playoffs pour cette élimination, petit thread pour faire un petit rappel des faits tout de même.

- Watson vaut-il la peine de taper le 2nd apron ? (selon nous oui, mais on doute fort des Kroenke)
- Quel coach ?

@TrashTalk_fr Les manquements autour de Jokić se nomment Gordon et Watson. C'est aussi simple que ça. Le roster n'a jamais été aussi bon autour de Jokić, mais diminué en Playoffs. Quand il te manque tes 2 meilleurs joueurs pour matcher l'intensité du meilleur frontcourt NBA, c'est compliqué.

Il ne défend pas. Gobert l'a muselé sur plusieurs séquences. Il a montré des signes de frustration, comme à son habitude, ok.
Mais on parle d'un joueur en 26/13/9.5, abandonné par ses coéquipiers, qui doit porter son équipe à bout de bras. Critiquer, ok. Mais faut savoir doser.

Je veux RIEN savoir sur Jokic. Pas de 2 poids 2 mesures, si LeBron Prime vivait un truc pareil il se ferait massacrer. Favori du dernier Euro ? Sorti par la Finlande. Favori de cette série ? Sorti au 1er tour. Personne ne nie que c’est un joueur génial offensivement, mais il ajoute un nouveau désastre à son CV. Et celui-ci sera épinglé tout en haut. Il a pas été au rendez-vous, il a pété les plombs et il est renvoyé à l’écurie en avril.
