@OfaDominique @DigitalDaisyX Sloth drives at what it thinks is the speed limit. Outside of major metropolitan areas the maps are full of speed limit errors. E.g., drive WA-395 between Pasco and Spokane. It thinks the 70 mph well marked road is 60 mph. Lots and lots of similar errors all over the area.

So this morning with FSD 14.3.2 I noticed it saw the flashing 20mph school zone sign exiting a school parking lot, but in Standard mode it still crept up to 24mph before I took over. Do I need to use Chill/Sloth mode around school zones now? Trying to avoid donating to the local police department.

@DirtyTesLa @JustonBrazda Yep. They cannot make it "Unsupervised" until they fix the speed problems. Sadly, as the poster notes it doesn't even work right with supervision in some circumstances. Only at 95% on FSD almost entirely because of speed problems.

On a 100 mile drive 14.3.2 in standard mode keeps going 62 in a 70 on a wide open 4 Lane highway I bumped it up to hurry and it doesn’t go any faster. I’ve hit the accelerator at least 30 times in 30 miles.

@Zafir88538734 @DigitalDaisyX Earlier versions of 14 were recognizing school zones. 14.3.2 does not on either of our cars. No version has ever gotten the speed right when pulling out of the school parking lot or drop off loop.

@NukeGnome @DigitalDaisyX FSD 14 on my Tesla recognizes the speed limit of school zones. So that’s not an issue for me at least. FSD 12 on my old Tesla did not. I guess I should’ve clarified hour, 4 mph isn’t a big deal under most circumstances as in not school zones

@JoNationLive This is a standard roundabout design. Not an edge case and not a stupid design. FSD better be able to handle this. And, it does.

This is possible the dumbest roundabout I’ve ever encountered. It’s shaped like a peanut. Will Tesla FSD be able to navigate it?

@DigitalDaisyX Sloth mode. It takes 0.5 seconds with the scroll wheel. In most conditions 4 mph over isn’t an issue

@OfaDominique @DigitalDaisyX Doesn't work when it gets the speed limit wrong. There are several ways for it to screw up the speed limit. Once it dies there is no option but to drive manually. Most of my non-FSD miles are around school zones.

@dkmitc @DigitalDaisyX 14.3.2 stop recognizing school zones for me. And the old failure modes still exist. E.g., drop the kids off, exit parking lot, speed immediately goes to non-school time speed limit and the car speeds regardless of mode. OLD problem, never has been addressed.

@DigitalDaisyX 14.3.2 hasn’t been recognizing school zones for me. Previously it was immediately obvious it but I’ve had a couple of disengagements because it doesn’t see the lower speed limit and there’s cameras

@ygtekr @DigitalDaisyX Sloth doesn't work for several of the failure modes. When FSD doesn't realize it is in a school zone even in sloth it will drive unsafe speeds.

@DigitalDaisyX The issue isn't the police and tickets. It is safety. This is a critical disengagement. Doesn't matter the mode. The car has to drive the school speed limit, or slower. FSD has never gotten this right. There are multiple failure modes around schools. They all have to be fixed.

Does anyone use the wireless charging pad on their Tesla? I feel it so finicky when you have a bigger sized phone with a case. Also charges slow? Thoughts? $tsla

@DrKnowItAll16 @Tesla @Tesla_AI Be cool if it highlighted why it thinks you disengaged. Might skew the input, but right now it is so unclear what Tesla engineers think goes in each bin. Other than gross school zone speeding I've had no "Critical" disengagement with 14, let alone 14.3.x.

Tesla's new UI for interventions is better than it was... but it could be even better! My quick UI update below. Note the 'x' in the top corner to dismiss without selecting a choice, plus of course the icons to make reading the choices easier while driving. @Tesla @Tesla_AI

@kelley1201 2 identically configured Model Ys. Wife and I drive either. Effectively same mileage. One on 14.3.2, other 14.2.2.5. Been that way since 14.3.2 first rolled out. One is red, the other is grey. Maybe that's it 😀?

This post got a lot more attention than I assumed my small account would garner. That being said, the only logical explanation is that updates are done regionally. My wife’s Launch Series Model Y and my Highland M3P have historically received updates at the same time which means that it’s almost statistically impossible for it to be random. We are also always at the tail end of releases. I believe this is because, while FSD is extremely good, we routinely have issues in our area. Frequent disengagements mostly due to poor map data. Both our vehicles are over 90% usage but I can’t help but believe that because we have regular multi-disengagement drives, Tesla keeps us at the end of the line to validate successful regions first. Personal thoughts, I’m not happy about the above logic but I could at least accept it if they just came out and said that.

Hey @Tesla_AI legitimate question, why are people with vehicles set to ‘Standard’ receiving FSD v14.3.2 but people set to ‘Advanced’ still haven’t? @aelluswamy @KalenaKBrown @pduan @Tesla @elonmusk Just trying to understand…

@MobofJoggers Seeing similar inconsistent driving on the same route. Some days it is perfect. Others days not so much. Nothing dangerous, just "odd" like signaling for an exit it is not going to take, crappy parking. Feels like I've got a good teenage driver at the wheel.

Is crazy, today FSD 14.3.2 missed my exit and then parked on the line. Yesterday with my mom it made every trip almost perfectly.

@MattWallaceTech I've got two identically configured HW4 2023 Model Y's. Don't have preference which is driven on any given day by my wife or me. One has 14.3.2 and was one of the first, the other is on 14.2.2.5. The 14.3.2 has gotten three updates, the 14.2.2.5 none. No logic to it. Go figure.

Anyone else still stuck on FSD V.14.2.2.5? Should I just switch my software update preference to standard because the advanced tab clearly doesn’t do anything.

On April 29, 2026, Valve released an update for Counter-Strike 2. In the new version, 🇺🇦 inscriptions have been removed from the Chornobyl liquidators’ memorial, leaving only russian and English text. This should be corrected. @Valve, @CounterStrike, please take note.

@dopero661 @U24_gov_ua @valve @CounterStrike It matters. This is what russian's do. There is little reason to include a russian version and every reason to include a Ukrainian. Chornobyl is in Ukraine, not russia. Ukrainian and Russia are very different languages. Both Slavic, but English and Danish are both Germanic.

@B_doong2daddy Big difference. One car on 14.2.2.5, other on 14.3.2. been doing alternate drives on both trying to figure out what is so much better. Blinker fixes alone worth it, but it is smoother, more decisive, pilot. Lots of issues remaining...but wow.

@mikepat711 Early blinker have been addressed. No more confusing early blinkers in roundabouts. No more blinkers a block early with multiple parking lot exits. No more tricking other drivers about intent. Not perfect, but orders of magnitude better!

As I do more city driving with 14.3, I’m starting to notice clear improvement with the car’s ability to understand what comes next. In this clip, FSD yields to make a left, and the second it notices the incoming car’s left turn signal, it executes the turn. The car understands that this vehicle isn’t an obstruction, and sees that it has enough space from the straight-moving car behind it (see screen). Also, a very tight turn with the pickup truck to our left. It did stuff like this on 14.2, but way more natural and effortless on 14.3.
