@Jonathan1922 Hi, not at all really. Get you local shop to check it’s all dialled in correctly. If it is, (and I hate to say riding advice) just check and have a think on your shifting when riding and not shifting whilst under load

Hey @Nuke_Proof I have a Scout 290 expert and the #shimano derailleur has snapped twice since mid November. Is this a known issue?

@Mattias_Hansson @maldivesdiver66 Demand for scouts can only be described as wild. All dealers who ordered stock have been allocated a limited amount. Unfortunately it seems demand may have outstripped supply. The next delivery is Mid-November (again all units have been allocated to dealers)

@maldivesdiver66 @Nuke_Proof Preorder a scout couple of weeks before they made their post bikes should be at authorized dealer from 14th sept. I dont want to buy my bike from chain reaction (who owns The brand) but from my authorized lbs. If I dont get it next batch ill cancel and never look their way again
