@salmoona_ I agree with you on the first part. And although I too believe WF was fine as she was, the buffs are not as bad as people make it seem. It just helps her survivability whenever she has to be a healbot. Which like it or not happens sometimes

@notLexa14 Rocket and Mantis might be the only rankings I agree with. Mantis definitely isn’t a one star so 3 might be reasonable. CnD is not some complex out of this world character that requires a lot of skill or thinking. No vod review will convince anyone otherwise

True difficulty rating of every strategist in Marvel Rivals. This is not based on how easy they are to just pick up and do bare minimum on. Rankings are based on how hard it is to learn proper ult and ability management and fully understand the hero and how its meant to be played.

That’s because those characters are actually bad and only OTP’s play them. Cap doesn’t fit into the same category as them he is a good character who excels with good comms

This "cap is good" propaganda stunts cap from getting any real buffs and had got him consistently nerfed every season to the point people considered a cool down reduction a buff.

Also there isn’t that many Cap OTP’s in high elo people pick him up and find value mostly because there is better team comms

@caribAmerican @Im_gorple @nabilah22076074 @AbbyAZK His dmg isn’t great true I want that 5% back and his shield recharge delay is a little annoying but that does not make him a bad character. At his peak he was literally unkillable and could still dish out good enough dmg to the enemy backline.
