I’m not SUPER active on here, I’m more active on insta but I’ll post up more of her building process as the days go by She was built in 2.5 weeks! Not bad for a con crunch time frame haha

The last time I attended EVO was in 2022 and I debuted my SonSon cosplay there ✨ I’d love to find time to go this year but my shop work keeps me exceedingly busy during the summer months. I’d still like to bring Lilith for a day tho!! So I’m gonna try 😤

@WeaponTheory ISNT IT SO SAD? The Detolf is such a great smaller scale unit that is perfect for building/displaying specialized collections I haven’t looked into display cabinets lately for lack of space but I’m sure there’s similar out there.. And second hand is also an option

@Nulfii_ I'm in the same boat. I have a shelf but only one row is dedicated to her (in box). I recently got the First 4 Figures Morrigan but no room now. Recently thought about buying a detolf only to learn that IKEA stopped making them a couple of years ago 😭.

Someday, I’ll have my dream MorriLili cabinet But until then, they stay in thier boxes bc I lack the space 😭

@AugustineSeven To be honest? I wouldn’t recommend corsetry or corset body making to any novice sewist as it requires a lot of technique that is learned and understood overtime. I’ve been sewing since 2013 and only got into corsetry the past 2-3 years.

@Nulfii_ That corset/bodysuit is amazing… is it complicated to make for a novice? I want to get into this stuff but it’s a little scary!

I like to sketch my cosplays as the first step in building them. I sketched more for Lilith than I have for previous cosplays, excluding Hikaru which I paused on making in favor of Lilith

I’d like to bring back Sonson for winter this year!! A high contrast shoot in the snow would be so killer

I was also playing with options for the bats on her tights and the cut of the bodysuit. The suit ended up ring the bustline of option 3 w the hip cut of option 2. I also wanted a somewhat atypical pixie for the wig, more fluffy and less limp in shape. I like volume a lot

I did a lot of sketching of her wings to visualize how I wanted them to be scaled, shaped, and at rest. My final look for the wings leans closest to the 4th wing on the first page.

a lil video of the full Lilith cosplay in movement at LVLUP Expo 2026! You can see how the claws drag/pull the wings down bc they don’t sit as far out from the body on me as they did on the mannequin before I put on the claws. But they v light! And comfy. Lots of small fixes
